You can’t ask that with Jay…

Hey everyone, hope your week is going well. Today we are starting a brand new type of post – I know so much change!! I’m redoing everything in my life right now and this is one of the things that is changing. I am trying out a bunch of new things to see what fits where. Let’s give this a shot and see if you like this idea. Basically the idea is I will ask a bunch of really personal questions to just people from all different walks of life and see what their answers are. Everything I write is how it has gone down; things are not edited to seem more dramatic than they are. It’s just me, some pieces of paper and my laptop. Simple as that, I am not in the business of making people seem like someone they are not; in fact I think people are more interesting when they are being completely themselves. Let’s have it!!

Jay Cator, 31, Kent

Here is my first victim, Jay from Kent. Jay works full time as a barista and is also a blogger. I met him through the blogging community and he has been a lovely friend to me. I appreciate his friendship so much. Jay writes amazing stories on his blog and also has a flare for the old poetry. He truly is a talented young man. I’ll link his blog at the end of this post for you guys to have  a look at, at your leisure. Anyway onto the questions…

Would you rather be the giver or receiver of anal in the bedroom?

“Definitely giver, nothing’s going up there. Although, I’m not a huge fan of it.”

What’s the dirtiest thought you’ve ever had?

“Rolling around in the mud…”

What’s the first thing you would do if one day you woke up as the opposite sex?

“I would say look at my breasts, but I’m getting to the point where I’m looking at my own so I will say that the first thing I would do is attempt the splits.”

What’s the most embarrassing thing your parents have caught you doing?

“Definitely trying to come in drunk. Given them laughter for thirteen years.”

What is the biggest romantic fail you have experienced?

“Probably writing a poem for my recent ex, only to not speak to her and be blocked. Painful subject that one.”

**Don’t worry I apologised, don’t feel too sorry for him ha ha!!**

What’s the weirdest thing you have done when alone?

“I’m not proud of this but getting far too excited for food only to do a silly run and turning my ankle and straining the ligaments. This was this year. I have a lot of time alone.”

What do you like most and least about your appearance?

“Most my beard, I mean it’s majestic. Least… the other 99% of me.”

If you had to erase one past experience what would it be?

“Definitely the last three years of dating.”

What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done to attract a crush?

I mean I’m awkward as hell. I found me having a crush doesn’t end well haha. So everything I do is crazy. I wonder why I’m single.”

What would you change about your life if you could?

“To be more active in life, going to see new things. I desperately want to go to comic con but money has always been restrictive. I’d also like not to be so bad with dating.”

So tell me a bit about your blog? What are you trying to accomplish with it?

“I’m not really trying to accomplish much with it. I started it to help recover and stabilise myself after having been dumped and finding out I had anxiety. I started to speak my mind. Then it became I would blog to help others and more importantly highlight me as a person. There aren’t enough openly honest and outgoing men in the blogging community and I want to be someone you see without transparency. My blog itself contains writings such as stories and poems as well as a journey of my mental health.”
